Most startups that are “launching” have not actually launched yet. There is a big difference between putting up a website and making an announcement and having a product that’s ready for widespread use. So don’t be discouraged if you’re not seeing the numbers or user engagement you want on day one. It takes time to build a good product and even more time to get people to find out about it and start using it.
Be prepared for the long haul. Launching is just the beginning, not the end. You’ll still need to put in a lot of hard work (and long hours) after your launch to keep things going strong. Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day.
