A- It took me a while to get my first customer. I had already been researching and learning about the industry for a few months, but it wasn’t until I started actively reaching out and getting involved in local networks that I was able to make any real progress. Even then, it still took another few weeks before someone said yes and agreed to become a paying customer. It was definitely worth the wait though!

For me, it took a while to get my first customer. I had been working on my business for months and felt like nothing was coming together. Despite all the effort, I just couldn’t seem to make that connection with someone who would give me a chance and pay for my services. It wasn’t until I got out of my comfort zone, put myself into new networks, and talked to more people that I started making progress. My first customer came after attending multiple networking events and cold calling more than 20 potential customers! It definitely wasn’t easy but it paid off in the end!

It took me about a month to get my first customer. I started by networking and attending local meetups with other entrepreneurs and freelancers. I also searched for potential customers on LinkedIn and reached out to them. It does take a lot of time and effort though.
